New documentation page

This version features a small change in the footer, changing the URL to the new one.

Current one was written by us, and will remain in the repository for some time as dead code, with an idea of the Mintlify version replacing it completely.

Previous documentation page is still available at https://plazen.org/docs with all the documentation already written.
