  • Support for Google Calendar: Start linking your Google Calendar with Plazen! You can now import events from your Google account directly into Plazen for seamless automatic scheduling and conflict avoidance.
  • OAuth Flow: Uses a secure sign-in process—just a few clicks to connect
  • Support for Multiple Calendar Sources: Choose between CalDAV and Google, or connect both.

🎨 Visual & UI Improvements

  • Brighter Plazen branding—new logos and fresh Open Graph images for social sharing and improved SEO.

🛡️ Security & Reliability

  • TLS Security Boost:
    Fixed a critical security issue by removing potentially unsafe settings during email/calendar sync. Plazen now always validates SSL certificates, keeping your data more secure.
  • Improved backend error handling for OAuth, calendar sync, and release publishing—fewer crashes, more resilience!

🐛 Bug Fixes & Maintenance

  • Updated dependencies for improved compatibility, performance, and security (Next.js, Prisma, Supabase, and more).
  • Minor bug fixes and optimizations, especially around calendar sync and release note formatting.

⚙️ Technical Enhancements

  • Internal support for Google OAuth token exchange, calendar event sync, and upserting events.
  • Unified calendar source handling so all types (Google, CalDAV) now sync reliably in bulk or individually.
